Associate Advisor (m / f)

As an Associate Advisor, you play an integral role in enlarging, developing and strengthening our client relationships, participating in all phases of deal origination and execution. You will have direct access from the beginning to clients and counterparts: entrepreneurs, high-level corporate executives, experienced investors and fund managers, lawyers, other advisors.

Responsibilities include preparation of client presentations, financial analysis (company valuations and business plans), leading due diligence processes and assisting in managing and structuring transactions. You will gain exposure and contribute to the generation of an attractive deal flow of cross-border M&A and Corporate Finance transactions in various sectors and expand your knowledge of the Investment Banking / M&A industry, as you develop analytical, communications and marketing skills.

Required profile:

At least 3 years of relevant work experience in M&A, Corporate Finance, Venture Capital, Private Equity
University degree (business administration, finance, economics, STEM) with above-average grades
Strong analytical skills, high motivation, reliability, commitment and ability to act independently
Proactive, reliable person who likes to work in a small team and emphasizes high quality of execution
Ambitious personality driven by an entrepreneurial spirit and a focus on results
Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks
Team player with excellent communication and presenting skills
Fluency in English and German (oral and written); Italian definitely a plus
Profound knowledge of MS Office (Excel, Word, Power Point, Outlook)

Business Analyst (m / f)

Trainee / Summer intern (m / f)

As an intern, you will assist the team with their daily tasks: you will be confronted with highly diverse activities ranging from maintaining valuation spreadsheets to preparation of marketing documents and presentations to research on companies, markets and industry sectors. As we are a small team you will be strongly involved in our projects and our day-to-day business.

Required profile:

At least four University semesters in business administration, finance, economics, STEM with above-average grades
Preferably experience from previous work or internships, ideally in investment banking, venture capital, private equity, consulting
Minimum availability: 3 months, preferably longer (also part-time)
Strong analytical skills, high motivation, reliability and commitment
Team player with excellent communication skills
